If you are looking to rent a property from one of our current Landlords, we can offer a fantastic service to allow you to maximise the conditions of your Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, and the inventory which takes place just before you move in.
Our fees are all reasonable and practical. Our administration fee is just one weeks rent in order to process the agreement via our solicitor to ensure all the agreements are above board.
We are able to give discounted fees to students and teachers, providing proof is supplied. We accept student discount cards as we are part of the SDC and can be seen on there very own website.
